Preston North End 2007-2008 Discussion
Noel, So Barnsley have drawn Cardiff for their match, which according to the local news, is the one they wanted. No way did they want to meet West Brom.

The flag sellers will out in force again with a new aset of flags and scarves, some-one must be making a mint out of souveniers.

What if they get to the Final?

I hope they do Bill as I'm sure those souvenir sellers do as well. And if they do they'll suddenly find they have a lot more supporters, all eager to get tickets.

This gets just better and better. The iceing on the cake would be to beat the `donkey -lashers` at weekend.
I really wasn`t too hopeful about the Wolves match but another three points is a real bonus.
Tenth from bottom should now take the wind out of the detractors sails.

Noel, I`m pleased that this charge up the table didn`t take place 10 matches ago. I`d hate for us to do a Derby County.
Hopefully, if we gain promotion in the next few seasons we will be better placed under Alan Irvine to maintain that status.
A premiership club in waiting - as it were.

Jim, I agree with you Alan Irvine is the man for the future, let's hope that future us with PNE.

Noel, Thanks for that. I watched it on Sky news at about 3AM, having been awakened by the wind
(that`s the weather variety - by the way). You`r friend`s video quality may not be better than Sky`s - but the angle certainly was.
