Did we lose interest in Paul Gallagher? I see that he has gone to Stoke on loan for the remainder of the season.

Importing foreign players to women's football, whatever next? I didn't think there was any money over here in the women's game.

I have to say that I was very impressed with the standard of play in the recent ladies world cup - having watched nearly every televised game. The gap in skill and stamina to that of the occasional TV cup final played a few years ago is colossal. Some of the players would not disgrace themselves in a male team.

I enjoy watching the women's game. Nowhere near as fast as the men's game but still very skillful. The one position I would criticise, I've never seen a decent goalkeeper, they look like the Scottish male keepers of decades ago.

That was a bad way to lose today, last minute as well. North End are losing to the teams they need to beat ie fellow relegation contenders and beating teams at the top.

Not a bad display, by all accounts. Davidson injured early in 1st half plus those three suspensions. Still, it`s points we are in need of - not hard luck stories. Keep the faith.
