Thanks Martin, you certainly had a good view point. It's hard not to have mixed feelings though, I imagine the Olympic Committee are regretting giving the games to China.

The Olympic torch had a less successful journey in Paris today. I heard it took 2 hours for it to travel 2 kilometres due to the number of protesters. Of course, the French have no vested interest in making sure the protesters were kept at bay. (No chance it was any sour grapes coming into play, none at all! LOL!)

I saw Kellie Holmes, Princess Anne, Red Ken, Sebastion Coe, Sue Barker and others who I can't put names to. It was a bit chilly there after all the snow we had in the morning.
