What about Utd? 4-0 to Milton Keynes (isn't that where they have plastic cows?).
Could there be some poetic justice for the way that Utd's Management shafted Moyes with Ferguson's help?????????

If there is a god in heaven (whatever his name may be...........)

Personally I hope the club shrivels up and all the hanging on glory hunters that follow them suffer years of misery. Before they switch to Man City or Chelsea.

No sympathy for Man U, thy have money thrown at them and want to buy their way to the top.
The old league cup does not intrest the big clubs until the semi finals, so they field the second string players and youngsters if they get to the semis then they take an interest. To the lower league teams it is a chance to get extra cash from the games, the more they play the more money they make helping them survive as a club.

Apparently BT are hiking their broadband prices by 6%, why? It's so that they can invest £millions in football television. So what happens to BT customers who don't want football channels? They still have to pay.

And think about those football supporters daft enough to pay these prices, it'll stop when they stop paying.

If you are stupid enough to pay to keep these rising prices they will keep raising them until you stop paying. The market is supporting these gross excesses and customers are willing to pay. There is no one forcing people to watch sport, despite all the grumbling, we live in a world where we choose to elevate sports to a level of worth greater than any other. So stop complaining and pay up, Rooney needs a new Wednesday car, his old one is the wrong colour for his Wednesday mood this week.
