- noel - 01-Jul-2006 Residents on Lowthorpe Rd have now received notification of planning application for the new stand. http://www.preston.gov.uk/Documents/General/Planning/PNE%20East%20Stand%20Planning%20Application.pdf - David - 06-Jul-2006 Bit of an upheaval taking place at PNE Noel, that can't be good for moral eh ? http://www.prestontoday.net/ViewArticle2.aspx?SectionID=75&ArticleID=1610881 - noel - 06-Jul-2006 The strange thing is, none of them have jobs to go to. Pure coincidence of course. Paul Simpson has swooped on his old club Carlisle for a third time to bring in coach Billy Barr. The 37-year-old Yorkshireman has arrived at Deepdale to join his ex-boss – and former Brunton Park colleagues Dennis Booth and Russ Richardson. It's funny how when someone moves on from Preston they are ridiculed for taking along their 'team', but I guess it's OK when Preston does it [?] - Spitfire - 11-Jul-2006 Now how did I know that you were going to say that David? Noel, Thanks for the video clip. Will they be available for championship matches when the season begins? - David - 12-Jul-2006 You knew I was going to say it Jim, but you sure don't have an answer for it eh ? - noel - 12-Jul-2006 I have an answer. The difference is Preston do it the proper way. They ask permission and negotiate a settlement . The people I mentioned handed their notices in and said they didn't have a job to go to. Following day they suddenly popped up at Derby. Ethical or what? North End won 7-0 at Brig last night, play Hearts at the weekend. Re the videos Jim, I hope so, it's a LEP site, I'll keep you informed. - noel - 12-Jul-2006 The link to the video is here Jim. http://www.lep.co.uk/ViewArticle2.aspx?SectionID=75&ArticleID=1622080 |
